Very easy, 2 or 3 minutes.
Remove radiator grille. 2 plastic fittings on top, quarter turn and lift out grille.
Remove complete headlight. Simply lift out 2 L shape retaining pins. Disconnect lead. Ease out complete headlamp unit.
Remove back of headlamp unit to access bulbs. Disconnect lead from bulb while bulb still held by clip. Then release clip to remove bulb.
Reverse process to fit.

WARNING: The headlamp bulb contains gas under pressure. The bulb may shatter if the glass envelope is scratched or if the bulb is dropped. Handle the bulb only by its base. Avoid touching the glass envelope. Failure to follow these instructions may result in personal injury.
NOTE: The headlamp bulb should not be removed from the headlamp assembly until just before a new bulb is installed. Removing the bulb for an extended period of time may affect headlamp bulb performance. Contaminants may enter the headlamp assembly where they can settle on the lens and reflector. Never turn on the headlamps with the bulb removed from the headlamp assembly.
NOTE: Make sure the headlamp switch and ignition switch are in the OFF position.
Freestyle, Five Hundred

Rotate the headlamp bulb 1/8-turn counterclockwise and remove the headlamp bulb.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.

Montego

Remove the headlamp assembly. For additional information, refer to Headlamp Assembly — Five Hundred, Montego in this section.

Remove the 6 screws and the headlamp bulb access cover.

Montego high beam bulb

Rotate the headlamp bulb 1/8-turn counterclockwise and remove the headlamp bulb.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.

Montego HID bulb

Release the spring retainer and remove the HID bulb.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.

All vehicles

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Not sure here as the number meansnothing to me iam afraid as iam a mechanic not a parts man ,take the old bulb out and compare it to teh new one and so long as the fitting is the same then you can use it ,You may find that you will have to remove the headlight to get the new bulb in though unless you have little hands

Take the headlight out its the only way ,havent done one as yet so iam not sure how to remove the headlight as some vehicles you have to remove the front bumper like a beetle but this one iam not sure of .

Don't try it yourself. Aiming headlights takes special measuring equipment. Take it to a shop that advertises headlight aiming. That way you won't get a ticket for improper headlight aim.

Turn indicator bulb in front

Removing the headlight is required to change the bulbs that blow there are 2 t30 torx screws that hold the headlight in then you will need to grab the headlight and pull it straight up with quite a force as there clipped in on the underside you will then see if you take the covers off how to change all the bulbs

Headlights wont work and dash and parking lights come when ignition switch is turned on. sometimes jiggling wires works. what is the problem?

High beam headlights stuck on replaced switch same problem

It can be issue with headlight switch,but as its already been replaced.Try disconnecting high beam headlight wiring from headlight assembly and reconnect direct external wire from headlight switch to headlight assembly,then by switch see if headlight is getting off and turning on or not.
