First thing i would do is remove the rubber hose from the pump to the wipers. if fluid is coming out then you lines are plugged or kinked also in the past i have had to take a pin and poke the holes at the wiper end. also check inside of the washer fluid tank and see if the hose is clogged and not pulling fluid

2008 mustang and wipers work fine but washer fluid wont work?

The fluid could be frozen in the hoses or the pump is broken. If you drive the car for awhile, the hoses will thaw out and the washers will work. Try getting fluid good to -20F. This fluid will be good for most areas in the US.
Replace the pump if you turn on the switch and hear no sound from the engine bay. Have someone standing close by for this test.

Washer fluid not working

Verify that the washer pump is getting power when using the washer, If it is, disconnect the hose from the pump. Try the washer, If it starts pumping, you have a clog in the lines from the pump. If it doesn't pump, you need to replace the pump.

Washer fluid wont spray

To check to see if pump is working, remove hose at windshield and turn on and see if fluid comes out,if it does then part that shoots it to windshield is clogged,a tooth pick may work to pry it loose and come out,if no fluid comes out, then pump is bad,you can check to see if pump is getting power with a meter.

Windshield wipers don't work

If the washer fluid is not pumping and they're new, something isn't connected right. They're obviously not getting power. Either that or the pumps didn't work in the first place.

Why dont the washer fluid come out when I turn the washers on. is there a fuse for the washer fluid to work.

check the fuses which are under the dash on the drivers side if they are good then check to see if you can hear the washer pump working .it could be bad wires at the washer plug from corrosion or even a broken pump connector.it can even be just a bad washer pump needing to be replaced.check for power and grounds at the pump connector, also it could be dirt plugging the hoses.if the pump is working and there is enough washer fluid then blow through the hoses there should be only a little resistance.check for a plugged washer system including the spray nozzles.if all this checks out then you could have a bad washer switch.if there is no power at the pump connection

My wiper fluid wont come out

Check and verify that you indeed have the winshield washer tank filled if the tank is filled make sure the winshield washer hoses are attached to the washer nozzles under the hood if all of this checks out you probably have a bad windshield washer pump...

The fluid wont come out the windshield wipers can u help me understand because its full of liquid but nothing comes out

Windshield washer fluid pump motor has gone bad or the wire leads have corroded, causing no connection. The Windshield washer fluid motor pump is located at the washer fluid canister. Inspect the wire leads and check for 12Volts when turned on. If there is power and the pump does not work, replace the pump.

Thank you for using fixya and be safe.

Rear windshield washer works but front does not....Any suggestions? Washer fluid is full, fuses are good, wipers work but no fluid or sound of pump running when lever is used to spray fluid on front...

Probably need to replace the pump. Separate pumps for front and rear. Check with a test light to see if there is power to the pump. If it has power but won't work, replace the pump. If no power, you have a wiring issue. Be sure to turn the switch on and have someone push the washer button when you are checking for power. There won't be any until you push it to "wash".
