There is a circuit breaker. Usually not the problem. I have replaced two in 40 years. If you checked and have no power to the master switch. Wires for these tend to break in the boot between the drivers door and the frame. If you have one window that works, then look to the motors/ regulators in the doors.
You have valves inside the transmission and electronic controls inside the transmission. When cold, valves do not work because the fluid is too thick. Once warm the fluid thins out and allows tranny to shift OK. You can burn your tranny up by not letting it warm up.
daughter drove tracker 50 miles to lake cabin and car stalled as she came into driveway, car turns over but no fireing could this be electronic fuel pump or what fuse or what?
I'm going to guess that your power window motor has about given up the ghost. You may take it in to a mechanic's shop and ask them where the regulator is, however. I just doubt it will be an easy to find piece.
You are more than likely correct about the coil pack. A lot of times, especially in warmer weather, this happens as coil packs start to go bad. What happens, is as they start to fail, they get too hot and won't function properly so when you are waiting 20 to get the car started again it is giving it time to cool back down. Take it to your local auto parts store and let them test it. That should be your problem and will be an easy fix for you. Good job with the diagnosis. Have you checked to see if small vacuum line on firewall under the hood is a-ok ( no breaks or cuts) it's usually on passenger side and goes through the firewall to inside. Also I think when the heater core goes out you have no defrost either so when it is cold and wet outside your windshield will fog up.Also did you check your fuses.
