On a 2.7L it is located above and to the right of the starter. You will have remove the starter heat shield to gain access to it.

89 acura legend tail lights stuck on. how to fix?

Tail lights or brake lights? Most common is the brake light switch stopper breaks off so the brake light switch doesn't shut off. This is above the brake pedal. Look on the floor for small broken plastic pieces. The stopper is only a few dollars, pretty easy to pop in place.

I have 1992 Acura Legend v6 3.2L. If the outside temperature is 85+ the car won't start but when it is cooler outside it starts. What could be the problem and its solution?

It could be the coolant temperature sensor is reading wrong. You can verify this by having a live data scanner hooked up to see what it is actually reading.

Fuel pressure for a 89 Acura

Your fuel pressure should be 35-41 psi with your vacuum hose disconnected from pressure regulator and you can attach pressure gage at the bleeder vent on top of the fuel filter make sure your pressue gage is intended for fuel not air.

89 acura legend v6 s3,s4 has no take off power

You can go out on a country road and listen/count the automatic transmission shift through the gears. Hondas bang when they shift so it should not be too hard. You can also watch the tachometer. Finally, try shifting using the PRNDL. If some gears have failed try having the fluid changed and add Lucas transmission additive as a last resort.
