The batterty needed replaced in my 2003 Altima And when I had the new batttery put in the Radio will not come on. No clock, No lights, nothing. I tried replacing the fuses and I don't believe that is it.

Does your radio have a security code to make it work again after a battery disconnect? Some models have that in case of radio theft. It makes the radio worthless to the theif because he will not have the code to make it work. If you don't have the code, go to the dealership and ask them if they have or can get the code.
