Check to see if you are getting power through your switch on your dash. I also suspect your shift motor but it is a lot easier to check it with a test light.

I have a 92 Bronco and the plug on mine is on the passenger side lower corner. It faces the passenger seat & looks like a black wingnut.

If you have checked everything else, and your coolant system appears to be okay, try this.
Reverse the intake and outake hoses where they enter the firewall. All this does is reverse the flow through the heater core and will not harm the engine. Try it, it worked for me. Now I have more than enough heat. Let me know if this works for you.
