what engine is there. 3.6L is " Holden Commodore" is what this car really is. badge'd as chevy Lumina.

fails AC if engine is too hot (this is normal)AC may cut off if engine or transmission are in trouble gross DTC errors scanned.<< modern cars do that. !!!
the car needs service so take it to a shop for cars?

there are no vacuum controls under the dash 2006 but there are no Holden cars here/(USA)

When the headlamp switch is placed in the PARKING LAMPS ON position, voltage is supplied to the front parking lamps, the side marker lamps, the rear lamps and license plate lamps.Dash light's also come on with headlamp switch on .

Pinpoint Test N: One or More Parking, Rear or License Plate Lamp Is Inoperative
Normal Operation The central junction box (CJB) provides voltage to the headlamp switch through circuit 29-LE29 (OG/BK). When the headlamp switch is placed in the PARKING LAMPS ON position, voltage is routed to the front parking and side marker lamps through circuits 29S-LF3 (OG/YE), 29S-LF7 (OG/BU), 29S-LF8 (OG), 29S-LF16 (OG/GN) and 29S-LF17 (OG/WH). Voltage is also routed to the rear parking and license plate lamps through circuits 29S-LF11 (OG/WH), 29S-LF20 (OG), 29S-LF21 (OG/WH) and 29S-LF22 (OG/BK). Ground for the front side markers is provided by utilizing the turn lamp circuitry and filaments. Ground is provided through circuits 31-LG11 (BK) and 31-LG18 (BK) to the LH and RH front parking lamps, respectively. Ground is provided through circuits 31-LF23 (BK) and 31-LF24 (BK) to the LH and RH rear parking lamps, respectively. Ground is provided through circuits 31-LF21 (BK) and 31-LF22 (BK) to the LH and RH license plate lamps, respectively.

Did you replace a battery, alternator or some other electrical part recently? If yes, then there is no problem with the air bag system. If no, then you need a code reader to help determine what part failed in the air bag system. It will reset by itself if it has a defective seat sensor and it is replaced with a new part or the wiring is replaced that goes to the same sensor. Try spraying some WD 40 into the seat belt buckle.

check fuel pressure could have restricted fuel filter engine could be out of time.timing chain slipped time.but first try code scan look for fault codes.

there should be a fault code in the engine computers memory for the problem, have it tested. You can also do the test yourself, go to the link
