Van has 156 hp - disc brakes with Mercedes Rims It seems that with the new front shocks installed and original shocks still on rear it has now it has caused front to back to rise slightly on the front but the is dipping - No, leakage, no side to side lean. And, with the new Bilstiens up front now the upper and lower front suspension cannot take the stiffness and is now showing its original age. Someone said I need to put new springs in. I don't agree But, I am open for input etrc...
Bilsteins are about the best shocks you can buy.
With those miles (150000) on the van I would have also replaced all 4 springs and all 4 shocks., It is stupid to put new shocks on the front and leave worn out shocks on the rear . - The rear shock absorbers should also be replaced with new items.
(Springs are inexpensive to replace so I am surprised you did not renew them because it should be done. The old ones will have sagged significantly by now.)
SOURCE: suspension groans when making a left turn
sometimes the noise is in the steering wheel the plastic is rubbing together causing that sound.
SOURCE: #5 cylinder misfire
I have a corolla and had #4 cylinder misfire also diagnosed at autozone. After changing the spark plugs, problem persisted, along with the same error code, so they recommended changing the spark plug wires, and that is what fixed it. I would have changed the rotor cap too, but was low on dough. Glad that was not the problem.

SOURCE: OBD Code says ''Lean Bank 2 - System too lean
Bank 2 is generally the passanger side. Recently, We have run across a few system to lean codes in Fords. We have ended up changing the O2 sensors.
SOURCE: Frontend shakes when braking, sometimes - have
The actual disc rotors have warped with heat (eg, driving with foot lightly on brake pedal). Easy fix, take it to a brake shop and get them to true the rotors. In New Zealand, we have guys that come to you to do it but essentially, they use a lathe and trim disc provided it doesn't go below manufacturers specs for thickness.
