check if the negative terminal of your ignition coil is connected to the condenser of your distributor.
also, make sure that the negative terminal of the ignition coil is not connected to the negative terminal of the battery / body ground.

Fuel pumps don't have anything to do with spark. Have the codes read. My guess you lost the crank sensor, ignition module, or coil. Check your fuses also.

The ingine stalls when stopping or driving. can it be the ignition starter

Ignition and starter are two different things.
It could be something in the ignition system or the fuel system.
You would need to find out if you are loosing spark to the plugs or fuel to the injectors when the engine dies.
If the check engine light is on when the engine is running you should have the computer scanned for trouble codes.

EPC LIGHT WONT STOP in my 02 Jetta

When was the last time you changed your Air filter( A dirty filter can put MAF sensor out of range). How about the fuel filter (Fuel starvation). These filters should be changed every 30,000 miles . It is normal for all of the dash lights to come on if the engine stops running. Is the Jetta a Diesel or Gas. Perform The OBDII scan again to see if current faults are present. Do the cheapest fixes first. Also check oil often. The low oil sensor will trigger engine shut down if more than 1 quart low

When i drive for a while and when i come to a stop some times it feel like its going to die out and the oil light blinks on and off sometimes it stay on

engine is old, so is the oil pump. 20 years is 10 years past its design life. look into a rebuilt engine swap. it is worth 500 bucks running so bear that in mind when you think about another engine.

HOLDEN 1990 V8 STATESMAN, keeps breaking down, just before it does the oil light flickers on and off, sometimes it stays on for a few seconds then goes off, then my engine light comes on, not long after...

Your oil light is not a symptom. It's flickering because as the engine dies, the oil pressure is dropping. The engine's power pumps the oil, so this is pretty normal. The engine slows down, the pump will also, and there will be less pressure.
As far as what to try next, I would assume that a 1990 has throttle body fuel injection? (The kind that looks like a big 2 barrel carb) If this is the case, you should look to see if fuel is pooling on the butterflies at idle. If it is, then you have an injector stuck in the open position, allowing unregulated fuel to flow into your engine. If your engine ises direct injection, where there would be 8, or 9 injectors (9th would be the cold start injector), one or more of them may be stuck in the open position, but I would check the cold start injector first.
I'm sorry that I am not really familiar with your exact model. We don't have holden here in the states.

2003 Ford Taurus, 90K, used car, engines shakes, ABS goes on

Are you getting any codes from the Check Engine Light? This sounds like it could have something to do with a sensor. Check your air filter and make sure it's clean. The tach on my 1999 doesn't really work, but it hasn't coincided with other driveability problems. The engine doesn't change in it's RPM's, the tachometer just stops working. Have your charging system checked. The shaking might be coming from bad fuel pump operation, clogged fuel filter, or dirty fuel injectors. Try putting an additive into your gastank to clean the injectors (a bottle of Seafoam is great for this). Try calling your local Autozone and see if they do free trouble code scanning. This might help lead you in a better direction.

No fuel injectors, intermittently

With the key on, do you have voltage at fuel injector, use a test light?
Engine cranking do you have spark at the spark plugs? I'm just trying to see if you have more than one problem? I don't know how much testing you have done?
Is there a purple wire with white tracer at ignition module, Engine cranking, there should be a dc pulse on that wire? If not, the computer won't ground the fuel injectors. In my opinion.
