It will be under the hood in a fuse block (box with fuses and relays in it) it should be labeled LIGHTER , from the picture i'm looking at it will be the corner fuse 20 amps .

When you removed the fuse, did you inspect it to see if it was burnt? If it wasn't burnt, then you replaced the wrong fuse.
If the was indeed burnt, then you probably have another burnt fuse somewhere. Look under the dashboard/console and against the side wall or floorboard for another fuse box.
there must have been a weak connection somewhere in the line. use a volt meter to trace from the lighter to the fuse box. I have also seen the wire connection go bad during a short in the back of the fuse box itself where the wire goes in. follow the 12 volts and you will find your problem.
Hello: Open hood, on driver side there is a fuse box, remove the cover and check the fuse, if fuse is open, replace it. If you used a device in the lighter receptacle that may have caused the fuse to open.
Below is an image showing that it's fuse #6 and it's a 30 amp fuse. This fuse also powers the chime, fuel system, dome lamps, clock/radio, decklid release. If any of these components are still working, then a fuse isn't the problem with the cigarette lighter. Best of luck.

number 32 is the front cigarette lighter fuse 2 and 27 for the audio unit which i presume means radio
