Has fuel pressure
Does it have good spark? The crankshaft position sensors are really common to go out on these, causing no spark.
Have someone check for spark at the sparkplug wire. Then if you have spark, get a can of starting fluid and spray a small amount into the air intake. If it tries to start, then the injectors are not being told to open.
You see pressure in the fuel rail does not mean the injectors are working. It just means the fuel is available for the injectors. And having fuel pressure means the fuel pump is working.
You should get a Code for a throttle position sensor as one thing that can keep the engine from starting. The firing commands and fuel injection commands get info from the magnetic pickups on the crankshaft sensor and on some models camshaft pickups. These report to the PCM or powertrain control module.
The self-diagnostic feature should generate a problem Code for anything missing in action. You may want to check the PCM or ECM relays in the powerbox. Autozone will provide wiring diagrams free when you register your car and scroll down to the pages' Help section.
