I had the same problem on my 2005 Envoy. Turned out to be the idler pulley bearing. It is just a pulley the belt rides on. The bearing in the pulley was what was making the high pitched whine. I replaced the bearing, and the noise went away.

Have you tried to just change the belt on the motor. The belt could be making all of the noise????? You can get a bar of soap and have the motor running. Let the bar of soap rub on the belt to see if the noise start going away. If so, you need a New belt.

My envoy make just 200 mile / full tank

Sounds like you need a serious tune up, but first you should have it checked for any trouble codes whether the check engine light is on or not. How many miles are on your vehicle and do you drive mainly in stop/go traffic or on the highway?

I use 2 qt oil in 3000 miles in my 2006 envoy is

No it is not normal to lose two quarts,Have you seen any oil spots on the ground where you park your Envoy,
take a look under your Envoy to see if you have a small leak and the air from driving it is blowing the oil back towards transmission.

Transmission trouble

Your reverse gear has broken. It will have to be rebuilt. It will probably be about $1800 for the rebuild
