First and easiest possible fix: check and top off the engine oil *if* needed.

Beyond that - it may need a trained ear to determine the source.

Flasher relay on HJ60 24 volt keeps burning
Check for a grounded wire somewhere in that circuit. This happens most often when something was added like an AMP or Alarm and power is tapped from that circuit causing it to have too much current pulled through it.
