Make sure battery has a full charge and battery connections all good. Check fusible links where applicable. Basically, you check voltage and grounds for the system. Check the fuses in the fuse box for voltage, use a test light. Some fuses are hot all the time, some hot with the key on. If the problem is ignition feed, meaning it goes hot with the key on, you may have to check feed to and from ignition switch. I can only help with testing.

My windows wont go up on my 2002BMW745I

Personally I'd start with checking the fuse panel,on MBnz there're fuses that handle power to l/f&r/rear,r/f&l/rear. If fuses are good &/or power is going through but no action from the window motors then I'd remove one door panel at a time to see where the electrical connections hook up to the window motors and see if motor receives power but no action then could be obstruction on the rails?. If no power to the motor,I'd connect direct power to the exposed motor to see if motor is good. I'd try starting from the fuse panel FIRST!. Hope this helps. Alberto

Passanger window doesn't go up or down. Is there something I could check, or are both windows powered by the same fuse? Drivers side works.

The same fuse powers all the windows. You either have a bad switch, power window motor or a broken wire. You could try jumping the switch out. If that works you know the switch is bad. If it doesn't then the door panel would have to be removed and power checked at the connector. If you have power but no window operation then the window motor is bad and needs to be replaced. If you have no power at the window motor with the switch jumped then you have a broken wire, most likely in the door jam.

Power windows wont work.Fuse good

The switch or the motor is out. Remove the wire from the motor and hit the switch. If no voltage registers on a meter jump a hot wire the motor if it works then the switch is out. If nothing then the motor is out.

My 1998 Explorer (4 door XLT) has the driver side window stuck in the down position. All other power windows work and I am getting power at the switch to take window down but no power to roll up. Any ideas...

Yes, we had both motors fail on the drivers side front and rear windows.
If you disconnect the motor from the switch you can test the terminals on the switch. If both sets of terminals are hot the motor should go both directions. If only 1 set is hot, most likely it is the switch. You can try to jump the motor from the working side of the switch and see if the motor will now go up. If it does go up, then the switch was bad.
Or you can verify by using a primary power source in the door wiring or fuse panel and bypass the switch.

If the motor does not work right and you are handy, you may be able to resolder the connections and fix the motor.

Rear electric window not working and the window is partially down. Is there a manual way to close the window?

did you check the fuses 1 st the window switch may be at fault but you should ck the fuses first or a test light to ensure power to the switch and to the motor often the wires going between the door jamb break just from the bending from opening and closing the door you should be able to jump { hot wire the motor to the window if you are confident in doing so very common issue but check the fuses first

Power windows won't go down

If the fuse is getting hot and not blowing you have a high resistance short .Maybe in one of the window motors.
