Check the fuel pressure with a gauge. It should be 45 PSI or more. Lack of any fuel pressure indicates a problem with the fuel pump. Presence of low pressure could be the pump, fuel filter, or a leak in the flexible line in the tank. Have to ask yourself too, any chance of water in the tank?

Take out a spark plug and look at it. Is it dry or is it wet? If it's wet, does it smell like gas? If it's wet and doesn't smell like gas it may be water. Wet or dry, put it back in. If it's dry, you might try starting fluid. Be very careful with that, follow the label directions and observe the safety precautions indicated on the label. I take no responsibility for any carelessness.
If it responds to the starting fluid, check the fuel pressure.

Have you checked the fuel pump, or the timing, or coil pack, or fuses?

My van wont start no fuel or spark ?

Sounds like it could be the ignition module in the distributor. You have a throttle body instead of a carb. The injectors get a ground signal from the engine computer when they are supposed to open. The ignition module takes a signal from the pickup coil in the bottom of the distributor and decides when to fire the plugs and also the injectors.
If the injectors and the coil has power, it could be the module or the pickup coil.

Check B+ voltage to the injectors ! Injectors may not be firing . Also check the CCRM constant control relay module . This module has relay's inside for the fuel pump , cooling fans , PCM power relay.

There is a good chance your injectors are not firing. I would suggest cranking the engine without the air filter housing on the throttle body and see if the injectors are squirting fuel. If not, I believe they are fired off a signal from the distributor pickup.

I have a 2004 cavalier that has a new coil new starter new module and new crank sensor in it but want start it gets gas and oil

if fuel is getting to injectors, are the injectors plugged ! if you are getting fuel to engine plus a good spark it should start. check the plugs for fouling out. maybe there not firing right. if a plug or plugs are not firing. then they will be wet on the tips of the plug. crank engine a few times, then pull the plugs to see if they are firing.if not firing, check for bad plug wires. theres so many things that can cause this. its hard to say without being there!

you need to have the fuel pressure checked with a gage and volume as if its not at the spec the injectors won`t open to spray enough fuel.also you should check the injectors for proper voltages and ground as if these are not within specs then the injectors won`t work either

Fuel system.....all of a sudden nothing , won't start. not getting fuel. Fuel pump is making noise....will start, then stalls, no smell of fuel. Holding gas pedal down, nothing, no smell of fuel.....fuel...

I once worked on a Buick that did this. Try spraying starting fluild in the throttle body. If it starts and runs until it burns the fluid off, replace the fuel filter. If it still doesn't run after this, remove the ignition control module (found under the coil where all your spark plug wires come from, or under the cover on the 4-cylinder model) and have it tested at Auto Zone. If the 'lamp' circuit in the module doesn't work, the fuel injectors won't fire. The PCM uses the reference signal from this module to pulse the fuel injectors in the correct order.

Car starts until i let key off from crank position, ldles briefly, then dies like it runs out of fuel.bled off fuel line and there is plenty of fuel and pressure,

It idles briefly since it gets gas from your cold start valve. This means your cold start valve is good.
It dies since after that cold start valve will close as it designed that way so fuel from injectors will take over. But apparently fuel is not coming from injectors. And injectors is controlled by injector module. Injectors are normally closed until injector module tells them to open.
Check out your fuel injectors and Injector Module.
You can buy NOID from any auto part store to test your injectors. If there is no light on then there is a problem with Injector Module. If there is light on the injectors then bad injectors.
Here how NOID looks
