Battery is fine but when i try too start it does nothing but every thing like lights stereo heater works fine my battery gauge shows normal
A click every time you activate the starter motor generally tells us that the solenoid is working fine, but that the starter motor is faulty and requires repair/replacement.
To just double check:
Turn on the headlights when cranking.
If the lights dim significantly, then the battery doesn't have enough charge to power the starter, and the battery could require replacement.
If the lights don't dim by much, then the issue is most likely the starter motor.

at the minimum, since you mentioned all the idiot lights coming on, your alternator is fried. have someone put in a new alternator. if it's still acting up, have someone go over the computer.

I had the same problem with my 2003 Ford Explorer. I disconnected the battery, which give the relays a chance to reset.
Clean battery termals reconnect and all good.
