How do I get to back side window? What do I have to remove and how do I do it?
Try operating the window with both the driver's window switch, and the rear door window switch.
When operating window with rear door window switch help up, bang the door around the mid section and see if this frees the winder motor in that door. If it does, this would indicate a failing motor (replace). If it doesn't then strip door, and check for power to the motor when operating switch. If power is present, then replace the motor.

the widow is off track I want to know how to get to it. How do I get to the track, Explain what I have to take off to get to it and how to take it off
You will have to take off the inner door skin, which will be held on with some clips and/or screws. Then you will notice that the base of the window, on the inside has some locating screws (one on each side), which can sometimes offer some adjustment as well as being there to secure the window in place. Then there is the front window track, which is secured by a bolt at the bottom. The rear window track is often secured with a bolt at the bottom and then another at the very top, under the door sealing weather strip.
