Hi Good afternoon, Best thing to do is to Google "service manual for 2000 daewoo leganza"( should be able to find a free one in pdf). The info you need will be in there. I change starter on my 2001 leganza using the service manual. Hope this helps.
If your looking for fuse diagram you can google free 2000 daewoo leganza repair or service manual(this is what I used in fixing my car for years before my engine became unrepairable). If you can afford another vehicle get rid of the daewoo, because you can't find part anywhere and when you do the cost is more than some luxury vehicles.
are you getting sufficient flow through the cooling system,i.e. clogged radiator, bad water pump, stuck thermostat. also when the head was repaired , was it pressure test for cracks? valves out of adjustment will cause the engine to run poorly but not overheat.

there's a sensor on the radiator that tells the fan to come on a serten temp, replace that, there normally on the side, just release the clip and pull it out, make sure it cold before you remove it as the water will come out.
