Is your battery good? if the check gauges light is on it could be , oil pressure, temperature, or voltage. It sounds like a newer vehicle so I would start by trying another battery or jumper cables.

Apologies for being simple on this answer. I've done this same job on an 88 93 94 and 06 ford. I don't know what year yours is but I can tell you it's not hard at all. I want to say the bulbs you will need are a 168 or 194 I may be wrong on the bulb number but I am close. once you get instrument cluster out they are right there for the replacement. Nothing major needs to be removed just in front or just left and right of the instrument cluster depending on the year.
Gauges going crazy like that is caused mostly by a bad battery. Try jump starting... If your truck still won't start even with a jump then there still might be a battery connection problem. Check to make sure cables are clean and tight at both ends...not just on the battery. Also that cables are in good condition. Let me know how you make out and I can assist you further.
simple...check these fuses at the "Central juntion box"--F2-40, F2-06, F2-35, if ok then....F2-25 for LT lamp, F2-23 for RT lamp...if all good, check loom and connectors...knowing that the BULBS are good first....GL
first check to see if battery fully charged and if it isn't put it on a charger and if the truck takes a jump and you can get it running while it is running take the positive side of the battery cable off and if it dies then it could be the alternator if it doesn't die then it could be the drive belt because if the belt is slipping that will also cause the battery to loose charge and the truck will not start
