we see all fuse if they look bad,THEY ARE
if look good, test them , they can bad.
a voltmeter check is super fast.(key on)
if pump has power,why look for fuse.
filters clean
fuel lines primed.
if lift pump is it working?
scan the pcm for errors.
glow plugs ok.

on diesel? , injection problems many.

it has to do with air and fuel controls on all injected engines.
if gas, it can even be, OMG a CARB fueled.

what year.? surely it has a VIN, and that has YEAR.
the books are ALL made for one year. (accurate.....!)

and you cant find a fuse box in under 5min works , under dash and hood.? i find that hard to believe..... ? but answers above will help 100x better.
LIKE:
dash under, kick panels, behind glove box. ? (covers that hide them)
then under hood how can a fuse box hide ,its in plain site if there.

get it serviced, Diesels are complex, and the newer the most so.
get the fuel filter and air filter clean (new) first.

fuel pump shot or fuel injectors plugged also check for loose wiring by your tank or by the injectors

Check all fuel lines for leakage

make sure the battery is good, to make good start. if it is still don't go, need to check fuel filter then prime the system. 85% of the diesel engine the problem is the fuel system.

ok I had same problem with my 1996 Isuzu npr 5.7 gas burner. on top of fuel tank are wires and cant remember if it was 3 or 4 but anyways one of those wires is your ground wire to the fuel pump its self. make sure the wire has a good ground on the frame and/or the bed body of the truck. wish you the best hope I could help you
