The PCM picked up an excessive amount of TCC slippage during normal vehicle operation.

You'll need to pull the transmission out an replace the torque converter ! Your better off taking to transmission shop an having a proper diagnosis done !
Take it 2 a respectable mechanic & they will plug an analyser into your cars computer & the analyser will tell them whats wrong - this service is usually free!!!! Could be something minor.......
That code is a transmission code for the Torque converter being stuck in the off Position.

You will need to have the transmission checked. Due to the cost of transmission repairs, if you have a warranty that will give you the option of returning the vehicle and getting your money back I would do that. It is likely they were aware of the transmission problem and simply cleared the code thinking it would make it past the warranty and it didn't.
