Cannot find a wiring diagram or a fuse box layout for this 73 centurion. just trying to figure out which fuse is responsible for operating the convertible top and the power windows. switches worked fine until i took the car to the shop and had the starter replaced. Any info is appreciated. Thanks

Your power feed to the window switch panel is a big wire loom that goes through the driver door. Check the connection at the door jamb. I've seen the plug slowly come apart just from the door opening and closing. You should have a power window fuse at the fuse block under the dash as well. The power to all the windows goes to the main switch at the driver door first then goes to the rest of the windows. Hope this helps.

check the wire bundle that runs between the drivers door and the door post. This door is the most used in the entire vehicle which makes these wires flex and eventually break. I had the exact same problem, did exactly what you did until I finally figured out the problem was not where the symptoms showed up. It is a very tight spot to do any kind of a repair, but I did it and so can you.
