SOURCE: 2002 Chevy Suburban: Fuel gauge reads empty, tank is half full

Youre gauge is controlled by a plunger in the fuel tank which is attached to the sensor and the fuel gauge. it sounds like when the plunger goes down half way its either getting stuck down lower then it should. Needs replacing. Any mechanic can do this install for you.

SOURCE: GMC envoy after I filled gas tank the low fuel

You will need to replace the fuel level sensor which is in the fuel tank. They have a lot of problems because the metal fingers on the sensor wear off and gives you the incorrect readings. This will also cause the check engine light to come on.You will probably have a level sensor code. This will be a lot easier if the fuel level is down to about a quarter tank or less. Also you should be able to get just the level sensor and not have to get the complete fuel pump module.Good luck.

SOURCE: 99 cavalier - the fuel gauge doesnt read accurately and it jumps

Possibly a bad ground wire at the sender on the tank,

Check for that first before tearing into the dash to replace the guage.

Fuel and temp gauge not working ,batt and low fuel light on .1998 Chevy S1

Remove the gauge cluster and check for a bad ground. If it is bad you can resolder the trace on the back of the cluster back to the groung pin for the connector.

Broken temp gauge 2000 4.2V6 f150 were Is THE sending unit

Does your vehicle have a hard start first start up in the morning ? Does the vehicle shift properly ? Is the check engine light lit.?
I would not think the sending unit was bad if your not experiencing any of these type problems , I would think the gauge was bad ! You need to know how this works , the coolant temp. sensor is an input to the PCM - engine computer . The PCM use this info for more then just setting the gauge to the proper temp. It is used for proper shift points , how much fuel the PCM supplies to the engine etc.
Engine coolant temperature information is received by the instrument cluster from the PCM over the SCP network. Temperatures over 121°C (275°F) will display hot (H). If the engine coolant temperature data is missing or invalid for five seconds, the instrument cluster will move the engine coolant temperature gauge below the cold (C) position.
The SCP - a serial data communication network !

2000 blazer problems

Good day
You have to look in under the dash and make sure the connections at the back of the cluster is in place. If that is all good then check the fuse box and make sure all fuses are in place and working correctly.
Good luck.

I have a 2000 chevy s10 4.3l vortec, my fuel gauge is stuck on empty but i just put 20$ in and the fuel pump is working and i tried making a new ground for the tank to the frame but still nothing. any...

That's one of two things the fuel pump will work but the gauge that tells you what's in the take could be bad so replace the fuel pump to find out the other one is the cluster where the gauge is could be bad you will have to replace the whole cluster so I would start with a new pump

Bat light and low fuel light are on

No , it's not the PCM . Battery light on means a problem with the charging system (alternator) And maybe the insturment cluster . Before you start replacing parts the vehicle doesn't need ,take it to a qualified repair shop .cost less in the long run .
