Could you please let me know where I can find 1992 Honda Prelude Timing Belt Diagram on the internet..
You can go to http://alldatadiy.com/ and buy a subscription for your car. It will have all the info you need. It is good for 1 year and if you do a lot of your own repairs it is well worth the money. I apologize for any rude remarks you may get on this site. If you order a Contitech timing belt kit part number TB216-186-K1 it will come with Autodata step by step instructions and will show you the "diagram" of how the belt routes around the sprockets and idlers as well as timing marks.
There's no such thing as a timing belt diagram.
Do you mean to say the "Procedure" for changing a timing belt in a 92 Prelude?
By asking such a question I can only interpret it as a clear indication that you've never changed a timing belt before.
If this is true, then you don't want to start out or practice on your own car.
Get the car to a pro and have the job done right.
If not true (and you've changed timing belt's in the past)
Then give me the engine size and I'll post the:
"PROCEDURE" for changing the belt in a few hours.
