If it's a cheap aftermarket alarm, check for a red wire coming off the hot side of your battery with an inline fuse. If it's not, try to locate the alarm "computer" under the driver's side dash or nearby your fuse panel. You'll find a black box with a wiring diagram glued to the side, normally strapped to a wiring harness or other fixed element. If this is the type of alarm you have, you'll need to trace each wire coming from the alarm computer and unclip each fastener that's clipped to your vehicle's factory wiring. The trouble with these types of alarms is that they can get power from a number of sources (stereo, interior lights, etc.). Good luck with this one!

SOURCE: How to use TPMS in Acura MDX 2005

The TPMS light will be visible in your instrument panel like your parking brake would if activated. The TPMS function is activated automatically once any of your tires are improperly inflated. Furthermore, it will identify which tire needs attention.

You need to get the serial number off the sticker attached to the radio. It will require pulling apart your dash. Call an Acura dealership with that serial number and they should be able to provide you the code. Or you can take it directly to the dealer but you will be charged labor.

2003 ACURA MDX ALARM DOES NOT CHIRP WHEN LOCKING AND UNLOCKING NOW

Is your anti-theft security system original equipment or aftermarket? If aftermarket, take it back to the installer for service. If it is an OEM (factory-installed) security system, check your owner's manuals for instructions on how to reset the system.

The alarm system is integrated into the vehicle electronics, you can't completely bypass it. You don't need a remote to have it work right and not go off, you have a problem with the system like a door sensor.

The brake alarm just came on unexpexted on my acura MDX

Check brake fluid level and have a look at the brake pads, make sure they aren't worn down and check security/condition of the wires from the pads. I assume you don't mean handbrake on indicator.

2002 Acura MDX door lock fuse blows

It sounds like the circuit has a short in it somewhere. You can check for grounding with the same tester your used to measure the amp draw. Connect the tester and put it on continuity, this should sound an alarm when a closed circuit is detected. Move the harness around to see if it goes off.

Security alarm goes off when unlocking the driver's side door.

If it's a factory security system and you're setting it off every time you unlock the door, it sounds like you have a replacement key and not the original factory "chip" key that likely came with the vehicle. You may end up having to do to your local Honda/Acura dealership to have them look up the factory chip code and cut you a new key with the chip that keeps the system from getting tripped. Hope this solves your problem and have a great day!

CAR ALARM DEACTIVATION

if the car only has a factory system, then you only need to insert the key to unlock the door to turn the alarm off. There should be a red light on the door panel that blinks and that should show you it's off, not sure try turning the key on the door twice. If it's aftermarket, get a replacement unit.

Radio Security Code

I think that your only bet would be to take it to an Acura dealership. The service department should be able to reset the radio.
