Two possibilities I can think of. #1. The blower motor itself is dead, or #2. The blower motor resistor is fried. Blower motor resistor, however, is more known for taking out certain fan speeds, such as the lower fan speeds.

no power, means, what, cig lighter plug dead,?
try something else there, like a cell charger, still dead.?
if it is truely dead, the fuse is blown.
does head lights work, and engine run?
ok fuses that bad are bad, blown. (blown elements)
ok fuse that look GOOD, can in fact be bad, (tiny cracks.)
we never fail to test good looking fuses or go nuts for sure.
you can test fuse 3 ways.
1: DMM ohms, 0 ohms reading
2: voltmeter shows, 12v, on both sides of fuse, key on.
3: a fuse tester dealy bob at any autostore. (ill pass)
there are other ways, but are way too complex to type.
(ok a battery powered test light , yes, all auto stores sell them.
glow with a good fuse)
bingo?

2000 pontiac grand prix the ac blower stopped working we replaced it and still doesn't work it just comes on one in awhile. after replacing blower motor, then power door locks stop working replace

All these problems do sound as electrical of course but ecerything that you have mentioned is all on separate circuits which is odd. More than likely the blower motor situation is the resister. The window problem could be a number of things but I can tell you that all the wiring goes through the main drivers swtich so it could be just that switch but of course you would need to test before you just go out and but one but it is a common problem. The lights could be several things as we;; but would check the ambient light sensor which is located up in the center dash near the light that flashes for you security. You car didn't happen to get wet on the inside ? In any case I hope this helps.

the blower motor is drawing too much amperage and has blown the resistor, start with checking voltage from the switch to the resistor then to blower motor, if the resistor is blown replace it and the blower motor

The blower motor doesn't work

there is a curcuit that drops power for the lower speeds a "rheostat" that has gone duff between the switch ( or in it) and the fuse amnd motor

Blowers Stopped Working Focus 99 1.6 Ghia

check for power at the blower motor. then check if it has good ground . ground wire is black/orange and goes through blower switch, then to ground. If you ground the black/orange wire at the motor and it works, you either have a bad blower switch or wire connection (I do not have a diagram for your car, this is based on a 2000 2.0 focus) the wire ends up at the left A pillar. black wire.
