Consult the dealer with the chassis number ,or be more specific as to what you want to know

hahahah you having a laugh trying to find anything like this from a renault ,2001 ? funny software ,take it out and set fire to it or call the scrap yard ,its a renault

The code should be written in one of the renault books or on a seperate card in the renault service/warranty etc books case. If not, then you will have to call the selling dealer to ask if he has on record the code. Hope that helps

Turn on the radio and the display will show 'CODE'
 
Use the steering controls for code entry.
 
Press the [ ¬] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct first digit
Press the [ ¬] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct second digit
Press the [ ¬] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct third digit
Press the [¬ ] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct fourth digit
 
If the correct code is now shown on screen, 
press and hold the [ ¬] button for up to 10 seconds to store the code 

to enter your code when the cd player displays error leave cd player switched on and after 20 mins or so i will display 0000 then you will be able to enter your code this happens when some 1 has entered the wrong code
