SOURCE: right front tire

the next thing is to have the tire checked for a hop in it,meaning its not straight and round, start there.

SOURCE: HELP!!! my lincoln is acting up!! once i hit

If you can absolutely verify that there are no loose components in the front end I would start looking at the tire for belt separation. This can be detected by rubbing your hand gently over the tread area. Feel for bumps, bulges, and irregularities. It should be fairly obvious.

You can also try putting the tire on a different location and see if the symptom moves to the new location.

SOURCE: Lincoln 2002 LS has low

The EGR Valve could be an issue

Almost certain you will have 1 or 2 bad cop
ignition coils a year,so misfire ,yes

Could be several other problems

Need the correct spark plugs, they are special
to the LS,anything will fit,but not work right

O2 Sensors have to get changed at 100,000 miles

MAF Sensor Cleaned

V6 or V8

V8 is a lot easier to work on & less issues

Bouncing and front end vibration

warped rotors replace and then fix shocks since its what caused it in the first place also check ball joints and tie rod ends. see a typical vehicle use 70 % front brake and 30 % rear brake and when the shocks are bad a vehicle will use 80 to 90 % front brake which will cause the rotors to heat up over 400 degrees and then rapidly cooling causing them warp

Front end vibration

This is usually either wheel balance if you just feel the vibration in the steering wheel, or shock absorbers are worn if you can actually feel the front of the vehicle bouncing.

Car makes a rattle noise on the littlest bump should I be concerned

Probably not, but we can't say until it is identified.
A very common cause of this in Camrys is that the rear suspension anti-sway bar retainer bushings become worn. See p 95
http://www.turboninjas.com/camry/sa.pdf

If you think the noise is more to the front then maybe a ball joint is worn, possibly the rack end ball joint or tie rod end.
Jack the front wheel up on each side in turn, grab the wheel at each side and shake it back and forth as hard as you can. If you hear or feel looseness, the problem is in the steering, as above.
Then shake the wheel while holding it at top and bottom. If you feel looseness then, the problem is in the front suspension joints somewhere.
Repeat this on the other front wheel. Let it down on the ground, then bounce each front corner up and down as hard as you can (you might have to have a second person with you doing this). If you hear a clunk or feel excessive bounciness, it is the shock absorber strut making noises. When bouncing like this, the car should resist, and not keep bouncing when you let go.

Knocking sound at steering wheel during turning of mistubishi adventure

It sounds like a ball joint is worn, possibly the rack end ball joint or tie rod end.
With the bumpy ride it could also be that the front shock absorber has failed.
Jack the front wheel up on each side in turn, grab the wheel at each side and shake it back and forth as hard as you can. If you hear or feel looseness, the problem is in the steering, as above.
Then shake the wheel while holding it at top and bottom. If you feel looseness then, the problem is in the front suspension wishbones.
Repeat this on the other front wheel. Let it down on the ground, then bounce each front corner up and down as hard as you can (you might have to have a second person with you doing this). If you hear a clunk or feel excessive bounciness, it is the shock absorber. When bouncing like this, the car should resist, and not keep bouncing when you let go.

Front end bouncing, I think it's the shocks

Is it a bounce or a vibration. If it where the struts you would only feel it when you went over a bump. To me it sounds like you have a tire issue. Either a tire is seperated or maybe out of balance. Let me know if you have any questions and I'll do my best to answer them. Thank you for using FixYa.com!

Why would my truck bounce and shake while going down the road

when is this bouncing and shaking taking place? Is it doing it during stopping, is it coming from the rear end or the front? If it is bouncing more to the rear and it doesnt do it as much on braking as driving. Your problem will be rear shocks. Which aren't to bad to replace but if you do don't skimp or you will be in the same boat if you do.If the bouncing is coming from the front and not during braking then you r problem becomes a more broad subject. You could have front shock problem, tie rod problems, control arm ball joint problems. Many things. However if your problem is severe there are only 2 things that i would recommend checking, the tie rods and shocks. ! of those are bound to be the issue. Lastly if this is a problem when your braking mostly (I didnt get the feeling it was but wanted to cover incase) then your problem is going to be a break issue and you will need to replace your pads also check rotors and wheel bearings while your doing that. Any other questions just let me know and i will do my best to help. Hope I was of some help to you.

From 30 mph plus the left front tire starts to "bounce". Tires have less than 15,000 miles on them. I have a 1993 Jeep Cherokee Country.

Tire bouncing (not shaking) is generally caused by a bad shock absorber. If you have 30k miles on them or you see any oil leaking form the top (but could be long gone), replace them. (front pair, rear pair, all four but never just one) If it's shaking, check ball joints, all other front end components and wheel balance.
