Leaking coolant heavy exactly underneath the radiator
Can be several things. Bad Radiator, Bad hoses on radiator, or nearby water pump is leaking.
They make a Radiator pressure tester which will put pressure in the system so you can see where the leak is coming from.
the water pump is new the radiator from what i was told is still good ,cud it be that one of the clamps of the bottom hose came off thats why the coolant is pouring like that!!
The clamp could be installed on the wrong side of the raised groove on the metal casting. The clamp should be between the end of the hose and before the grooved casting. The clamp is then tightened to secure the hose against the raised groove. Sometimes people overtighten a clamp and it can cut into the hose causing a leak. It could be that the mechanic forgot to tighten the bottom hose at all.

SOURCE: Leaking Coolant, but not from radiator???
is it possible it is your overflow bottle leaking or too full? If not These cars are bad about headgaskets. Start your car remove radiator cap and let it idle till it is up to temp and top radiator. If you have a leaking gasket or cracked head you would most probably see bubles and the water will try and come out of the radiator fill. What hapens on many is while your driving, combustion gases force the antifreez out into the overflow and it fills up and spills over.

Could be the overflow canister or a seal in the front of the engine. Have the system pressure tested to be sure of the origin.

SOURCE: 2001 chrysler sebring lxi is leaking coolant and seems to have a emissions problem
The coolant leak is probably from the water pump. The seal behind the bearing is worn out. You need a new water pump.

Check your oil if it's cloudy and watery you've got a blown head gasket, a very expensive repair.
