New starter, new ignition, new cam sensor, new battery w/cables, new key switch. Car wont crank or even turn over when key is turned to start position. good fuses and relays. good continuity from ignition all the way down to starter.
Is it getting fuel? Check the pressure regulator or the fuel pump. Even if you have the plug wires on wrong it should do something.
Dude I think you have a neutral safety switch problem which sucks as you've replaced everything but it. Try this if you want...just had the same problem. Think mine is either start relay or neutral safety switch. Just took small wire going to clip on starter (brownish) and bared area of wire 6 inches from clip (do not cut) and wrapped bare end of new wire around it, taped with electrical tape, ran that wire to a push button ( I used a horn relay button from Canuck Tire) and wire from other side of button to battery. Turn ignition on,,, push button and instant start. Make sure car is in park. Will replace defective part later but it'll get you to work or wherever and it'll prove it is not the starter motor. Cost of temporary repair.... $6.00 :D If you have 12 volts going to starter on all wires with ignition engaged and nothing happens then you have a bad starter motor period. check ground wires as well.

This is a bad PCM. Try to disconnect the security system first and if it still does not start then it is the PCM.

I would start with the Starter check for voltage getting to the starter should read 12 volts at both terminals
