Our Hyundai, 2002 XG 350 has a P1191 code that comes up, the car will run rough and sounds like it wants to cough when you start to push down on the gas pedal. We have replaced the plugs and three wires to cylinders 1, 3, 5, We also had trouble codes p0300, p0350 along with cylinder misfire codes for #4 and #6 with random misfire codes. These misfire codes did not return after the replacement parts were installed. The intake manifold was completely clean and we noticed that the worm gear and worm gear sprocket are damaged. That would be the gear is missing teeth. This gear turns the six valves inside the intake manifold.

Higher octane gas 93 with some good octane boost in the black can at autozone cost about 7 dollars or a bottle of 104 octane boost. Change the fuel filter. Probably only one coil pack is bad. The OBDII reader should tell you which one was a misfire.

Check this Removal & Installation procedure...

If you're installing a new compressor, drain all the refrigerant
oil from the removed compressor, and measure its volume, Subtract the
volume of drained oil from 200ml the result is the amount of oil you
should drain from the new compressor (through the suction fitting).
Replace the O-rings with new ones at each fitting, and apply a
thin coat of refrigerant oil before installing them. Be sure to use the
right O-rings for R-134a to avoid leakage.
To avoid contamination, do not return the oil to the container once dispensed, and never mix it with other refrigerant oils.
Immediately after using the oil, replace the cap on the container and seal it to avoid moisture absorption.
Do not spill the refrigerant oil on the vehicle, it may damage the
paint. If the refrigerant oil contacts the paint, wash it off
immediately.
Adjust the drive belt.
Charge the system, and test its performance.
Hope this helps.
