Pressure test the radiator for leaks if it holds pressure start the engine. And check if pressure rises and keeps rising ,if it does it points to blown gasket or cracked head. A faulty thermostat can make it over heat so check it out . I would not mix the anti freeze as a lot of them don't mix well. put the anti freeze in all year as it stops corrosion of the cooling system.

Overheating

My car overheated and began steaming so I pulled over.
The water was gone in a matter of seconds and I had refilled it the day before and so on. The blue ticking overheating sound starts on every time
The fan wont turn on and it was jump started in order to get it home quick.
The Ac wont turn on either that was the first problem that happened , the compressor is good because it was removed and manually checked

The transmission had been kind of like jumping on me for a while but I got used to it.

So far what has been replaced has been:
Fan Module Control
Air Condition pressure switch
Cooling fan control
thermal switch

Overheating

Is anti-freeze bubbling over into the overflow? If so your thermostat is not opening.

Make sure your coolant system is filled to capacity. Make sure there isn't air trapped in the system. If so you may see hose collapse. Burp the system by starting the car and running it with the radiator cap off while topping it off with anti-freeze. If there is air trapped you will see bubbles surface up with the cap off.

Check the water pump. Squeeze the hoses and feel for pressure. If the pump is working the hoses will feel full.

You might try replacing your radiator cap or if you system is pressurized, you may have to replace the degas bag (fill container). Another problem could be a bad thermostat or an improperly installed thermostat. I forgot to mention, does your engine fan operate? If not, that would also cause your car to overheat.
