The fuses that show for the radio are F1, F7, F22, and F31
The DVD player and Subwoofer ( if installed ) is F4 & F38
Check the fuse with a meter on the pins on the back of the fuse while installed and the key in the run position ( no need to start it ).
Use a good known ground ( there is a ground lug to the lower right hand corner of the fuse panel ) and probe both sides of the fuse. Both sides should show + VDC, if not you have a bad fuse.
