On the V-6 it's 25 Nm (18 ft lbs) on the first pull and then you rotate the next pull 90 degrees using a torque angle wrench.
Checking the specifications for the four cylinder:
25 Nm (18 ft lbs) on first pull and 90 degrees
on the second pull using a torque angle wrench.

Hi,
It's possible one of your gas pedal sensors (i.e. Pedal Position or Throttle position - TPS) is not responding.
Have the diagnostics checked on your vehicle's OBD computer. This will immediately identify the faulty circuit, eliminating any guess work.
