Question about 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe
My daughter just purchased a used Santa Fe and while test driving it, there was no noise. The mechanic changed the timing belt and water pump and after picking up the car, it now has a roaring noise which appears to come from the rear. We took it to a mechanic who felt it was the rear end so we brought it back to the seller who changed the rear. Unfortunately, the noise is still there so we need help trying to figure out what is making this noise.
Mine would not start. Changed starter, and Battery. Drove me nuts. After all that, I tried one last thing got new keys cut, wow started right up. Funny but after about a month i have to cut new keys or it wont start.

This is from the factory service manual of your car:
There is no onboard programming procedure for this vehicle. This vehicle requires special equipment be connected to the vehicle to program the keyless remote. Translation you need the dealer to do this.
