1990 mitsubishi mighty max won't turn over. may be fuel injection related.

The fuel pump isnt quite working right. replaced the pump itself but to no avail. it also makes a whiring sound of sorts that isn't normal. totaly lost on this one. any ideas?

you can get pressure specs from your local parts dept, and check injector signal with a noid light

SOURCE: Fuel pump location on a 1987 Mitsubishi mighty max

Electric pumps are located either in the tank, or in a little protective box or cover right near the tank (like Subarus, some toyotas, hondas). Check around the tank, maybe follow the fuel line back from the front-you'll find it.

Mighty max pk parked two years and wont start. it turns over
