SOURCE: How to replace headlights on 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee

One long bolt at the top - requires a 7mm socket to remove the bolt. The light housing will pry out with a screw driver. There are three ball and socket type connectors that hold the housing in and I just pryed off the plastic housing carefully and "balls" pop out of the sockets. Finally, I was replacing the faded plastic housing and it came with a new wiring harness. It's impossible to reach the connector to use the new wiring harness that comes with the new plastic light housing. So just use the existing wiring harness with the new light assembly.

You need to remove all the skrews from the door. Normaly there is one in the handle of the door, one behind the in door lach handel and one under the bump out for the arm rest on the door. Than you need to take a flat head skrew driver slowly priying the panel off. There are plastic clips on the backside of the panel it is ok if you brake a few.

all you really have to do is drop the exhaust headers in order to get the oil pan out, are you sure it is the pump though, experience sayd the pressure switch is far more likely to cause a lack of oil pressure that the actual pump.

I have a 1993 jeep grand cherokee laredo with the 5.2 and the motor will buck or surge at around 1500 rpm. is this a misfire or something else

Sounds like something else. It could be a bad throttle position sensor. It can be checked by a mechanic with a meter.

I think the electronic flasher needs replaced but

Im assuming that you are talking about the FLASHERS for turning and hazard lights, the Flasher is located front seating area, driver side, under dash, above kick panel, mounted in bottom of convenience panel.

I suggtes check the Service Manual ZJ-Secc-8W-Wiring-Diagrams (page 8). Also, you have a nice SUV, me too have an 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.2L MFI 8cyl.

Hope help with this (remember rated this).

The electric windows on 1993 Jeep Grand don't work.

You would have to take the door panel off to take the window motor off, then run jumper wires to the window motor terminals. If the motor doesn't turn, time to get a new one. But more than likely, if all the windows don't work, it may possibly be a fuse. Also, you might want to check the window switches, they do burn out. I have had to replace a couple on my 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Where can i find a electric cooling fan for my 98 jeep grand cherokee limited 5.9

Check with your local parts store because these are sometimes offered just the motor itself or as a fann assembly. If you purchase the motor only you will have to dissassemble the motor & blade from the housing & mount your new motor. Check your options & prices but thse should be available in the aftermarket.

1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee Lorado - window tipped, roller broken

If the motor still actuates and moves when activated then no replacement is required. When the roller cracked it may have however burnt out the motor. replacing the roller and realigning the window is very easy.. the parts.... go see your local auto wrecker. they may be able to sell you a roller or 2 from a wrecked cherokee(and maybe pick up a spare motor while you're at it. This is usually the cheapest solution for parts.
