Im sure after doing all that you have checked to see if you have spark, have you gotton ahold of a fuel pressure gage and checked the delivery pressure to see if is low or none at all.it should be around 49 psi

also jeeps can get bad igniton switches and the run position may be shot average ignition switch is around 20 to 27 dollars. and if it isnt that it has to be in the computer IF u have spark and good fuel dlivery and a solid ignition hope any of that helps

1992 Plymouth Grand Voyager won't start, fuel pump runs for about 1/2 second when you turn on the key

The power control module sends signal to the fuel pump relay, it gets it's signal from the pick up coil in the distributor and the crankshaft position sensor. I'm having the same issues with my 94 Jeep Wrangler

95 jeep wrangler not getting fire

So many of them things could have been checked to see if they was bad or needed to have been replaced. I see this a lot when someone goes to guessing on things and they can end up having a LOT of money invested and still not running.
My first guess since you've replaced all of them things is either you may have a ground issue or a bad PCM.
I would start by checking that you are getting power to everything that you are supposed to be getting power.

Then, I would check that you are getting grounds to everything too! You must have both in order for it all to work! If you are getting both and if you know how to check for both at all places, then I would eliminate the PCM.

If it turns out to be the PCM, try checking eBay.
Hope this helps.

Check to make sure the check engine light is coming on, on the dash, when you turn the ignition switch on. If it is not coming on, try leaving the ignition on for a few minutes to see if that light does come on and the jeep starts then. If so, then your ecu computer is in need of repair.

Intermitent starting

sometimes the ais(automatic idle speed) valve gets loaded with
carbon. its an easy fix. you have to remove the throttle body
invert it and you will see the ais chamber and look in and see if it is
built up with soot. carb cleaner should work.if you can remove
the valve for better cleaning. peterjai
