The reverse plates in the transmission are burned up. There's a coating on the plates that cause them to catch on each other and the gears to function correctly. In your case for some reason the coating has come off and the plates are slipping causing the squeal.
1. The tyre has to be removed to fit the tyre valve/ sensor unit to the wheel. . Tyre dealers will do this for you when you supply the sensor.
2. Any renault dealer parts department can sell you a new sensor.
3. The new sensor has to be programmed to the car's tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS).

You seemed to have replaced quite a number of expensive items. Please check if the heating plugs are switching on as desired and cutting off. use a tester to confirm this. Next you will need to double check the parts you have changed, The fuel pump, the injectors. Have you replaced the fuel filters, have you checked the tank for any defective fuel, water or other solvents. check this out.
start the vehicle and allow it run idle for some time. check to test the engine after it had warmed up,if you notice roughness then check for the pump calibration. Assuming that the compression is good, there is no oil consumption, no fumes this should work out the solution. Hope my advice helps you. Good day
Plug that goes onto resister pack may be heat damaged,our also needs replacing but you can clean it up to see if you can get it working on one speed to check fan motor....
