Back door wont open after can went dead and had to get a boost

Check the battery cables for clean and solid connection.

Replace the ignition switch.

MAKE SURE CAR DONT HAVE A ALARM.WHEN YOU HAVE A AFTER MARKET ALARM AND BATTERY GOES DEAD OR IS DISCONNECTED,SOMETIMES IT ARMS ITSELF N WILL NOT CRANK.

Hello, this may help,I have a gm product with after market security in it,my batteries went dead and i had to unlock doors with key to boost it,when we hooked up cables now that it had power and every thing was open the computer thought truck was being stolen so it went into lock down and i sat there for two hours trying to boost,it would spin over but not start,,leave the booster cables or battery charger on it,if battery is charged skip that and use your keyless entry to lock doors or lock doors by hand also make sure hood is closed if possible and let sit for about fifteen min then unlock and try to start,also it may be as simple as the nutral safty switch not quite lined up,,try moving shift lever a little or move to nutral and try to start.

Try closing the doors then hook up jumper cables, let it sit for a couple of minutes with cables hooked up and other vehicle running. Then try to use key to turn off alarm before opening door. Then try to start it.

Did you check the alternator? if it is faulty the car will drain all the power from the battery until it goes flat

Keep the jumper cables on the car as the alarm goes off, take your ignition key and open & close the drivers door lock. This resets the alarm.

The computer detected a fault. You SHOULD NOT drive it around with that blinking, or you will regret it. Take it to the dealership immediately and have them pull the code.

try unhooking battery cable. hook back up and use key remote to unlock car and try to start if no remote use key to unlock
