The left rear wheel on my 2005 Buick Lacrosse is not parallel to the right rear wheel. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions about this problem. Thank you in advance for having read my message!

Hi Michael, make sure the vehicle has not been involved in an accident. If the vehicle is sound have the suspension bushes inspected and the rear mountings checked. If there is a drumming noise from the rear it will most likely be from worn bushings. Regards John

SOURCE: Procedure for replacing the rear rotors and pads

Remove the tire and there will be to bolts holding the calipers on, once you remove the two bolts the caliper will slide off, you will move it to the side out of the way and you will now pull off the rotor, you may have to give it a tap or two to free it but it should come off fairly easy, make sure you have the same new size as the old one and just slide it on. The next thing will be is to pull off the old brake pads, they will pop out. The next step is to return the piston to the in position, by using a C clamp and one of the old pads, place it over the piston and turn the c clamp until the piston is back into the housing, now just snap the new pads into the caliper and place the caliper back on the rotor and secure the two bolts. The replacing of brake rotors and pads is a really simple task and if all goes well it take about 10-20 minutes per wheel.

On 2005 Buick LaCrosse Cx do I have to remove the wheel to take off original hubcap?

Depends on the particular wheel option on the car but yes many factory hub caps are held on by either the wheel lug nuts or by screw on caps that thread onto the wheel stud like a lugnut. This keeps them from falling off or being easily stolen.

I have a 2005 Buick Lacrosse. When I drive over a rough section of road the rear of car feels unstable and tends to **** to left or right. What could cause this?

the 1st thing i think of..

you need a 4 wheel alignment.

if your wheels are all out of whack..when you hit those rough patches, your car will be all over the place.

have it checked out

hope this helps

Good chance that it's in the wheel well. Do some research and make sure there's no text service bulletins on the vehicle.
