Ride height is directly affected by springs. Old warn out springs will sag. Also if the car weighed down with alot of stuff it will cause the car to ride lower. If the springs are OE I would suggest replacing them with quick struts.

Quick struts are a shock absourber and spring assemby.

Any advice on how to remove seized rim from the hub off a Landcruiser 100 series due to constant salt water exposure in/out of boat ramp?

One old timers trick I have seen work is to spray the hub area with rust penetrant, loosen the lug nuts a couple of turns, then drive slowly while steering back and forth abruptly. Of course, do this in a safe place not on the highway. If this works, you will hear and feel it 'pop' loose, then you can jack it up and get the wheel off.
Side note, do not lubricate the lug stud threads, as that will effect the torque value. Be sure to solvent clean the studs and nuts before reassembly. Also, a thread chaser is great to remove the rust from the studs.

Safety concerns with car ramps.

Alot of people feel just a little bit uneasy when it come to getting under a car when on car ramps. A little trick is to drive the car on the ramps, put blocks, or wheel chucks behind the grounded tires. Then using a jack, jack one of the ramped tires up enough to remove its ramp. Reverse that ramp and then lower the vehicle down. It can't roll down the ramps because it is wheel locked inplace. Please though reverse that prcedure to drive it off the ramps.

Please note, I selected Chevy as the manufacturer only because 'any' is not an option

Everytime I turn slowly I hear this creaking sound. The ride is smooth my steering wheel is great. My power steering is capped off. I dont know what the problem could be. I don't hear it right off when I...

I had a similar problem on my 2002 Escape, but it was also creaked when cold. It turned out to be an outer tie rod joint. It may also be a lower ball joint. My creaking would happen when turning the steering wheel even a quarter turn. I reached behind the tire and put my hand on the tie rod while my wife slowly turn the steering wheel back and forth. I could feel the very obvious vibration. Try the other side to see if you can feel the difference. Can you hear it when standing outside the car, and tell which side?

Whenever i hit a bump large or small on the right front of the car the stering wheel shakes and sometimes pulls hard to the right what could cause that?

Check you suspension/steering components. Something is damaged or worn out. Any minor (or major) accidents recently? Big pot hole, slid off the road, went over a curb, etc? Something may be damaged from one of these incidents. Are you the only one to drive the Murano? I ask, because I have seen people swear that they never had an minor mishaps, only to discover Jr. took the car out off-roading, and bent the heck out of the lower control arm when he hit a rock. No damage evident until it was checked for alignment, which was way out of whack. Drive the car up on ramps and look very closely for any scrapes, dents, bends, etc. It is most likely a suspension component that needs to be replaced. Let me know what you find. Good luck!

Front electric windows lower and raise slowly. Feels like it barely has enough power to raise or lower. What can it be? The two in the back seem to be okay.

Sounds like a bad window motor and regulator(s). You can try and lube the window tracks with some lithium grease or WD40 to help out for now.
