That is a cam to crank position correlation code. I understand you can adjust it by turning the distributor until the value is right. You need a scan tool to see the value and check it each time you adjust the distributor.

SOURCE: 1999 suburban usung a lot of antifreeze

Some of the V-8 engines like to leak out the back of the intake manifold. It then drips onto the exhaust and evaporates so you never see it, you just smell it. Look for it back there. You may want to have the system pressure checked too. If it is leaking out the intake, it is not an easy or cheap fix. I just did my 96 Yukon and it was not fun.
Good Luck and hope this helps.

SOURCE: 1999 GMC Suburban. no sound from radio

there is a plug at the back of the radio connecting it to the vehicle wiring loom. If you can get at thes plug, either from below or by removing the radio unit, make sure the plug is tight and secure. I can't think that the amp has gone or you would have lost all sound, so this is more than likely the problem.

SOURCE: 04' GMC YUKON DENALI CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON & RUNS FINE????

Go to an Advance or Auto Zone and ask them to read your fault codes. This is a service they will do for free in hopes of selling you a replacement part. You likely have a faulty sensor that is causing the light to come on. Good Luck! I hope this is very helpful!

If you can determine the ignition system is ok, I would look at fuel pressure and the fuel filter. If the distributor was loose you may have to check base timing.

The primary intent of this code is to detect slipped camshaft timing. Have you checked the camshaft timing? Your symptoms indicate you are a tooth off.

1999 gmc suburban-smoke comes out exhaust and smells like gasoline

If the check engine light is not on, I would check the fuel pressure regulator and for problems with the fuel return line.
If you have a leaking injector you should get a check engine light and code for a cylinder miss.

1999 gmc suburban wont run when engine reaches operating temperature

you could have a bad engine coolant sensor. or if the check engine light is on get it scanned for the problem code. most auto parts stores will scan for free, if check engine light stays on.

99 suburban runs rough throughout driving range little bit of backfire wants to die but rumbles on.

Any Service Engine light? If so, the first thing that should be done is to get whatever codes are stored. Most part stores will hook up a generic code reader for free.
Last time plugs, wires, fuel filter, etc. was done?

My check engine light is on my 1999 GMC suburban and the fault code that comes up is related to my crank shaft positioning sensor i have no symptoms of any problems although i do have some acceleration...

the cam pos sensor and crank pos sensor run hand in hand to controll your ignition timing and spark advance among other things. if any of your sensors are triggering a code or codes you should write them all down then clear them. when the light comes on compare what you had to what you have now. if you have one that keeps coming back change it it is probably the problem.

Approx.50# fuel pressure at test port, engine will only start with starting fluid and then die.

I worked on a 1999 Suburban a couple weeks ago, it had good fuel pressure and spark but wouldn't run. No check engine light. It turned out the catalytic converters were plugged. After I took the exhaust pipes loose at the manifold it started right up. Just a thought.

1999 GMC Suburban 350 wont run

Per your description, it sounds like you are missing an injector pulse from the ECM.
Check the under-hood fuse box and verify the "ECM1" fuse is good (12 volt supply to injectors).
With the key in the run position, verify you have 12 volts at an injector.
Barrow or purchase a "noid" light to verify you have an injector ground pulse from the ECM.
Let me know what you find and we can proceed from there.

99 chevy suburban sevice engine soon light is on.

While the CEL is on you need to take it to an autoparts store and have the code read to know what is exactly going on. Just cuzz it seems to be running fine does not mean there isn't something wrong.
