I have a 2006 cobalt ss and my pump has been working on and off since Nov 26th - it seems to work if its above 40 degrees outside. I wont be seeing those kinds of temps for a long time since I live in Chicago.
Same issue ... 2007 Cobalt, windshield washer doesn't work, no fuse listed in the owner's manual. There must be a fuse serving this device since it's electric. Has anybody figured this one out?
