Radio clock and temperature and other accessories are not working im thinking it might be the fuses
We do not have the diagrams for this car because the factory doesn't allow free downloading of the owner's manual which contains the fuse box diagrams. You must either purchase the manual new or try and buy a used on on eBay motors.
Well those circuits are on different fuses, and it would be unusual if you had more than one blown fuse. It does sound like a power problem since the temp gauge is grounded thru the sending unit.
If nothing on the dash works, I would check the key switch first.

I had the same problem after replacing the battery on my Montero. I bought mine used but luckly the pervious owner had written the 4 digit number down in the owners manual. After finding the number, I had to enter it into the radio by using the station preset buttons. If you can't find or don't have it in the owners manual. You will have to get the model and serial numbers off the radio and contact Mitsubishi or another source to obtain the correct code to reset the radio.

Most vehicles have the routing in the engine compartment, near the top of the radiator or underneath the hood. If no luck consult your owners manual.
