I can start my car but when I give it gas it dies but stays running when idling.I also replaced the spark plugs about 3 weeks ago. When I give it gas it will rev up and above 4000 rpms but then it sputters and dies out really slow like its still trying to run.It's manual transmission too.
Sounds like a fuel pressure problem, either the pump or the filter among other things.

Idle air control valves short out all the time on these models. You can ohm the motor to check it, but the down side to a shorted iac valve is that it shorts out the ecm if not repaired quickly. when the valve shorts, 12 volts is supplied directly to the ecm and burns the circuit board. The other option is the air flow meter, this is also a very common problem but typically a p0171/p0174 would be stored in self diag.

it'll either be your ignition system (spark plugs, distributor cap, etc) or more likely your fuel system (most likely your fuel pump or your fuel filter)

Got the same make/model/year, but haven't had that problem. Does your temperature gauge run at half or above when this happens? If so, start with a cheap fix - new thermostat.
Another thing to consider is that some of the QR25DE engines equipped in the 02 Sentra SERs has an active recall on the crank position sensor. This fault would cause the check engine light to come on and the car would stall unexpectedly. It should start back up but the frequency of this will only increase without repair.
Also, no need to change plug wires, you have coil pack ignition - there is no distributor. If a coil pack is bad, you will have constant misfire and SES light.
