Sounds like a tank of water sloshing around in trunk area after rain.
SOURCE: Water in the cab from under dash passenger side
The condensation drain is plugged in the heater/AC plenum, the drain is under the hood at the very bottom of the firewall on the passenger side.

SOURCE: Leaking water into trunk/backseat floorboard
This seems to be a common problem with Dodge Vehicles.
There is
a seal on the passenger side Hood Hinge area. If this seal is cracked
or broken or missing you will get water in the car every time it rains.
The water runs down the windshield in to the Hing area under the Hood.
You
may need to take the hood off to get to the seal. First pour water over
the area, if it comes in the car there is your problem.
You can seal it with any water proof silicone sealer .
SOURCE: Air Conditioning drain is plugged. When I am driving, it sounds
outside the firewall ,under the internal ac unit ,just above the steering rack ,a rubber hose
SOURCE: Drivers side front and back
check the drain hose for the heater hose that is on the outside of the firewall if its not pluged make sure there is no rust holes in the floor boards. get garden hose and spray around seams of doors to find any leaks
