The original gas tank on a 1998 F-250 Lariat has a capacity of 30 gallons. Because there is no mention of dual fuel tank capacity available, the 2nd fuel tank was likely added after purchase. Your gas tank should hold about 13.1 gal.s I believe and your oil for a oil change including filter is 4 quarts only....don't overfill! I own one so I know.
It depends, all cars are different, when the light comes on, fill the tank, check the owners manual for fuel tank capacity, subtract the fuel you just put in from the tank capacity
The rear tank is rated 22 gallons, the side tank is rated 19.5 gallons (actual usable capacities are about 1/2 gallon less than posted capacity). Please rate my help, thanks
the fuel tank capacity depends on the model you have really, On 8' long bed models the fuel tank capacity
is 38 gallons and the 6.75' short bed models are 29 gallons.
but the best way to know it is by really driving it with almost empty tank then make a full tank at the gas station and you would know the tank capacity...
I think it is either 16 or 18 gal.
