Your cabin air filter may be severely clogged and not allowing any air flow from outside the vehicle.
Check your owners manual for replacement of this filter. The plastic fasteners that hold the shroud closed over it are reusable so be careful removing them.
Afterward, reprogram your air flow controls with the engine running and in park by turning A/C or heater on, pressing A/C and In/out air buttons simultaneously three times within 3 seconds and wait for the reset cycling to complete, about 30 seconds. [ref. 2005-2006 service manual]
After it completes, set your climate control to your desired setting.

There are two freeze out plugs at the rear of the block (V8) and many v6 engines. If coolant is coming from where you say, likely they have failed. Unfortunately, the only way to reach them is to remove engine or transmission, It's rare that they fail because they are "protected " by the bellhousing, but can still rot from the inside out. There is no sealer known to man that will fix this. It's a shame that you need to do all that work for a pair of $2.00 plugs, but that's what needs to happen.

You have dual zones that are controlled by temperature actuators the passenger side has lost its memory or has gone bad you can put it in self programming by disconnecting the battery for ten minutes then hook it back up start the truck turn the temperature control on but do not touch any other controls let it go thru the self programming for about 6 to 7 minutes then select your temperature you want if it still does not work properly you may have a bad actuator or a bad connection at the actuator

sounds like the airbox doors are not working these are located behind the dash passengers side, a chiltons manual availible at most parts stores for around $25 will give you diagrams and steps to access this area if u need that help
