SOURCE: It's a 1990 Toyota HiluX surf. Can't start it, yet the day before running fine.
a glo plug is basically a heating element that heats up the cylinders to allow for easy starting of a diesel engine. there should be one per cylinder. if it is a diesel, you could have an air bubble in the fuel system, which will cause it not to start. You would need to take it to a shop to bleed the fuel system.

there are three fusebox locations. under the bonnet, in on of the kick pannels, and behind the glovebox. check them all.
